At each phase gate the input of critical stakeholders are integrated into solutions to prevent rework as a project unfolds. It has long been established that rework is a major cause of project cost overruns and delays, which can only be mitigated by an effective project management process.
Our process provides a consistent path to managing project from concept to start-up! Furthermore, it is designed to ensure lowest Total Installed Cost (TIC) and best project schedule are established and achieved!
